Our beloved Gracie just spent three days at the ER. She is home now, recovering, but seriously, I think she is MISSING her friends there. Such sweet and competent folks, one and all. Grateful.
Great facility, great staff and very nice doctor. I was new to all this and everything was great explained and cost was normal. They charge 79 for the exam that is about average for vets in Marin. Of course blood tests come extra. But I never had a feeling that we were ripped off or paid for anything that is absolutely not needed. They did all the blood test while we were waiting, try that with your human labs... They have a great waiting area and their facility seem to be very well equipped with modern technology. If you have a pet emergency, these people are the best. We were seen promptly, the staff was warm and professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. So we believe Sadie got excellent care at a very fair price.
We have been in here more times than we would have liked with previous pets. They are awesome!
Pricey but amazing service and care. Certainly would do it again.
Brought in our chihuahua last night and they were so attentive and answered all our questions. You all rock and we are grateful for all you do!
