They are very responsive and caring. And they are no more cost than a regular vet.
Professional, dedicated and compassionate staff. Everyone has a smile on their face and are polite. They make you feel at home which is comforting when under stress with our critically ill pets. Excellence service.
We feel that the staff we have dealt with all showed genuine concern and care for our furkid. They also worked with our furkid's quirks without any trouble!
They have taken care of my dog, Lulu, on several occasions. We want to keep her around for as long as possible and Pet emergency and specialty are helping us do that. They have resolved every problem on the first visit.
