The amazing team at Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin saved our 11-month-old puppy from dying after he ate what turned out to be a death cap mushroom. They were compassionate and caring to our dog, as well as to our family during this stressful time. We are so grateful for them saving his life.

This was my first time there to see their oncologist for one of my dogs. The staff was courteous, their Covid protocol was easy and I felt confident with the doctor on her call to me after she treated Tomie. Although we've never met, she treated me with respect and compassion. She left me with next steps. All I could ask for. 🥰

I can not say enough good things about the doctors and staff at PESCM. This was the first time we have had to bring Ripley in and it was above and beyond positive experience. Dr. Bowyer and staff were so kind. It was affordable and they were transparent every step of the way. They didn’t recommend any expensive or unnecessary tests like many vets do for profit. Fortunately Hanni just had a sprain, he’s a happy and handsome customer. Wish they could be my regular vet!

They had our dog cremated in a general cremation after we paid for a private cremation and they assured us we would get her back. Michelle thinks telling us it's never happened before makes everything better. She claims she's looking into where the ball was dropped. Will that matter?
