I had dead yellow jackets in an upstairs bedroom. My expectation was it would take the pest company two service visits to remove the yellow jackets. It took three because the second technician (who was different from the first) didn't do what was documented. I wasn't charged extra for the third visit. Happy with the outcome and will use Pest Services again.
The inspection was thorough and professional. The inspector, Mark Bulley, had decades of experience and it showed. Came to home; did extensive study prior to delivering quotation. Work to be performed was comprehensive (and correspondingly more expensive) but the value was a higher probability of significantly reducing the pests. Came to house on a date convenient to me and performed work.
Quick response. Went over to my house immediately to give me an estimate. Fair price. Excellent work in removing wasp nests from my home.
