I got this done for my clients, and every person I dealt with was really professional. They showed up on time and applied the treatment.
The experience was very professional. Porsche was early and waiting when I arrived for the appointment. She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty as she went about checking behind stoves and refrigerators for any entry points. She was very knowledgeable and informative to myself and the tenants on mitigating the presence of the rodents. I would recommend her to others and will ask for her by name to perform the quarterly service visits. Very thorough during the initial assessment!

Had to call to request my copy of the inspection report left by the inspector with the tenant and never got it. Don't know what i"ll be charged since I haven't heard anything from them since the inspection. That includes the reinspection to apply outdoor poison. Really quite disappointed about the service and expected more. They were helpful on the phone but that was about it.
