Technicians were great! They took this job serious. They addressed all of our concerns. They were definitely experts. Just had a slight problem with the lady who answered the phone at customer service when my husband had questions. She could use some improvement.

My overall experience with this service was very good. I was quite pleased with the technician, Tim Brown, who was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in his comments. I downgraded the customer service rating for 2 reasons. First, I was given an arrival time between 9-10am. I prefer a more definite time or at least no more than a 15 minute window. I understand fully that some services can be unpredictable, however, I think some companies lose sight of the fact that our time as customers is equally valuable. The 2nd reaso... read more

I used them for a termite inspection on a house under contract. The inspector was on time and gave me a report on the spot. Excellent service.

Daniel the Service Manager and his assistant where both very polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the inspection. I highly recommend them...their price, equipment, professionalism, and demeanor is top-notch!!! They only took about one hour, but my inspection was small and easy.

Professional , polite and arrived in a timely manner. The project is a 3-step one with final treatment scheduled for ths coming Saturday. I would definitely use this service again.

Tlhe young man came and stuff a hole under my sink with my steel wool, put down some stickly pads to catch mouse - it caught one but not the others. He also sprayed outside my house for bugs. he did not put down any kind of posion.
