Very thorough
The person who gave the estimate was thorough and helpful. The technician who came to treat was very professional. The technician had not seen the paperwork given during the initial evaluation, so I had to fill him in on what I had already told the other guy. (Hard to do with 3 kids running around, harder to do twice.) Nonetheless, so far it has been a positive experience. Due for a second treatment in 30 days.

Good communication. They were able to fit me in the same day for an estimate. After looking evaluation of my situation is was mutally decided that I would not need their services. It was no access for squirrels in to attic. It was more in likely a mouse moving in the attic area. I was looking at changing the insulation from the shreaded paper (original) to fiberglass. It was stated that the fiberglass and temperature in the attic would deter any future pests. The technician that came out really knows his stuff.
The inspector did a very thorough inspection. The work was completed successfully. I'm very satisfied.
I would recommend Pest Services Co. They are very competent, professional, extremely nice people. Nothing seems to be a problem for them and they will go this extra mile for you if needed. They always on time, they?re fast, they can advice you and their price is great (did I mention discounts and coupons?). Also if exterminator can be good for environment, they are.
The Pest Services company Sales Rep, arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house and outlining the programs offered. An appointment was immediately scheduled for the work to begin and the technician arrived timely and was well-informed and courteous. I am very pleased to have signed on for a yearly contract!
