Again, Field Tech Steven M conducted my quarterly service in his typically comprehensive and thoroughly professional manner. He explained what he would be doing during this treatment and why he would not be dispersing granules across the snow-covered front lawn . . . I actually did have a curiosity about that. Travis was by this morning to do our pest control. We had not unlocked the side gate and I had to call to reschedule the back yard application. They were very understanding. This business is honorable and does a great job.
