We had a fantastic tech, Tim, come out to our place. He explained everything to us before treating our yard and was sure to answer all of my questions. Tim was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Steven serviced our home today (10/2/19). He did an excellent and thorough job. He did the interior of the garage and shop as well as the outside perimeter. He also explains the treatment and the concerns for the time of year. He is certainly one of PERX top employees.
I have been a Perx Pest customer for several months. I have been pleased with their service and didn't think it could get any better. Every technician had done a good job when they had came out. I was wrong. Today's service call was done by Steve. He came to the door looking very professional. He was extremely friendly and when I walked outside with him he said "open your garage door and I'll spray the entry points. I was like "what" that has never been done before. This was my second Perx treatment and I am very impressed. Tim explained everything he was going to do and answered all my bug questions. He even said that if I noticed and pest problems between today and my next treatment, I could call him and he would be right over to take care of it.Perx seems to be a great company.
Tim is just awesome! We have a garden and a compost which we do not want sprayed. He was very respectful about it. He called me when he was on his way over. This is very important to me because we have both a dog and a cat that may attack a stranger if they come into the backyard. He was quick and polite. I absolutely love this company. They do excellent work and are always willing to work with you, including the times they show up. Thanks guys!
I have been with Perx for several years during which time all of their technicians are very professional. However, Steve took care of my pest service on Sept. 10 and if you have an Employee of the Month it should be Steve. He explained what areas he was going to cover and how it would keep the little critters away. When he was finished, I felt my home is well protected. Thanks, Steve!
