Steven was polite, explained what he was going to do during the service call, and did it quickly. I appreciated that he asked about any trouble areas and took care of the wasps that I indicated were a concern. Thank you Steven!
Perx Pest did a wonderful job and were very respectful. Our tech Steven answered my questions about toddlers and how soon we could play in the sprayed areas. I’m glad we chose them and would recommend.

Tim came out last week to spray a nest of hornets under our shed. While the activity decreased for a few days the hornets came back in full strength later in the week. I called Tim yesterday (Monday) and he said he would come out this morning (Tuesday). When I got home from work this evening I looked at the nest area and there were dead hornets all over the entry site. Also there was not any activity going in or out of the nest. Tim did a great job. Steven serviced our home today and did a very thorough job of clearing the eaves of spider webs and then treating the property with spray and ganules. He was very personable to speak with and explained exactly what he was going to do. Great job!!
I called on Monday about a hornet issue under our shed. They had Tim out to our house Tuesday afternoon. He laid down Delta Dust all around the shed. I had some questions so I called the office Lynn answered, but said Tim was there. He got on the phone and took the time to explain to me that it was safe for my pets and we should not water for a day or two. Thanks a bunch to both Lynn and Tim for coming so quickly and answering my questions.
