I love this company! I was scheduled between 4-6, but there was a meeting at their office. Tim was late, but he called me and told me where he was. It was about 7 when he got to my house. I'm sure he was tired and wanted to go home, but he still did a great and complete job along with answering all my questions. Tim you are awesome! Thank you. ****

I have been consistently please with the customer service I have received from PERX. Not only have the technicians been exceptional and professional, but any time I have to contact their service department by phone, I am always impressed by how quick, friendly, and competent all of the employees are. Steven was my most recent technician, and he did a great job.

Perx has been consistently helpful, thorough, and proactive. They are responsive to new requests and pest issues, and listen carefully to our experiences and needs. All the technicians have been helpful and kind. Steve M*******, our most recent technician, helped to make a decision about relocating some of the bait stations and was very pleasant, responsive, and thorough!

Cody W. was very nice and professional. He knocked on the door to get any concerns I wanted addressed before the service. He was quick and professional and even knocked on the door when he was done to give me a rundown on what he found. I love their service.
