Gerry has been great to work with, good ideas and excellent quality of work.
Very reliable and delivers on what he promises. His employees and sub contractors do excellent works. Other than redoing the basement, he finished the attic with new ceiling, closets, lighting, insulation, painting and refinished floors. Ingenious -- cut the insulation for the attic so it could be put through the attic window without damaging anything; also designed and implemented a very tricky continuous hand rail for the attic steps for safety and to meet local building codes.
Did a great job on a gut renovation of two bedrooms and one bathroom.
