Gerry Judd from Perspective Contracting did an excellent job with both our kitchen remodel & our 1st floor hardwood floors projects. They prepped and painted the trim on my front porch and around my garage doors. This involved some carpentry repair as well.
In addition to re mortaring a stone wall, they repaired some mortar on my walk and between my driveway and patio
They built a quality railing with posts on my back steps. Gerry took care to use cedar and a non-wood material on the pieces that would be in contact with rain, ice and snow. They did a quality paint juob on the finished railing.
This was a project which involved finishing a large basement (with bath and bedroom) and an attic playroom. Thanks to Gerry and his crew (Roberto, Leo, Mario, Gabriel) for doing a wonderful job! The scope of work included everything from framing, insulation, tiling, painting and even installing an egress window and new window well retaining wall. Gerry is always available to discuss any matter and his crew, especially Roberto and Leo, are extremely hard working. They are very meticulous and extremely polite. I highly recommend them.
The project was to upgrade bathroom: 1) electrical, replacing a fan, 2) adding crown moulding, 3) regrouting shower and floor, and 4) painting. This company completed the project very well with neat workmen who did a quality job! The contract was very clear about the scope of the work and the contractor was very easy to deal with.
Excellent job, great guys on the site. Cleaned up each and every day. Very polite and considerate. Allowed for my detailed input and incorporated it. Price quoted was what I paid. Would whole heartedly endorse them! Great job!
Gerry delivered exactly what he promised. Did a great job removing stubborn wallpaper, then prepped and painted walls. Helpers Roberto and Luis were extremely hard working perfectionists. Thank you. Will be using Gerry for other projects. Highlly recommend.
