We are so happy with the way Gerry and his guys did our full basement renovation. Jerry is a true professional who delivers high quality work. Our project included the renovation of several bathrooms and the building of a brand new laundry room on the second floor of our home. Excellent communication in designing the project. It was completed very well with attention to detail. Replacing front stoop and railings, repairing stone walk, Belgian block, and retaining wall. Also the painting of front door and front trim and other exterior trim. All around excellent work.
The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Jerry Judd, the contractor, was professional,helpful,and understanding of our needs and requests as well as a genuinely nice person. We hired Gerald Judd for overhauling a house we had just moved into. This included cosmetic services (painting, floor refinishing, wallpapering), as well as bathroom work and completely finishing a garage including foundation work. We hired Perspective Contracting (Gerald Judd) for a circ. $100k project comprising: - removal of existing porch and building a new porch - multiple room remodeling - staircase remodeling - fencing replacement in the backyard - shingles replacement and painting the entire house etc. The work was beautifully done and Gerald recommendations in terms of styles, colors, etc. could not have been more perfect.
