I had the opportunity to go to a bridal event with my daughter a few weeks ago at the Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh. The store was so beautiful and there were so many great people to talk to from different business, from vacations to photography even spa and makeup people, all the necessities a bride would ever need. We even got to meet both Winkle and Perry who introduced themselves to both of us as they went around making sure everyone was greeted. My wife and I went to perrywinkles today on 4-4-2016,we were helped by a women named Terry in the Plattsburgh ny store. She was so nice and helpful so treated us like a customer should be treated. Because of her we will always be shopping at perrywinkles from now on. Thank you hiring great people.T Palmer.

Hilary was so great when I was picking out a pandora bracelet. Thank you for all of your help, you made it very easy and answered all of my questions with a smile. I appreciated your time and helping me to get the most out of the sale that was going on for the braclets and charms. I went into the plattsburgh store for the first time back in October for a watch battery. While the young lady named kayla changed my battery I found a beautiful ring that I just had to have! They allowed me to pay it off. When it came time it was too small and Alyshia very fast at getting it in my size in the best interest of the ring. Once again the staff at the Plattsburgh Perrywinkles came through. Watch adjustment from Hannah, Pam and Terry helped my wife and I look for new wedding bands. I haven't been to the store in about 11 months and it was like I never left. This staff is incredible! Thank you, team! See you all very soon!

My fianc has had her eye on a rose gold diamond ring that was in the "fashion" case at Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh. She loved the ring, but wanted it in white gold to match her engagement ring and was concerned that it wouldn't be possible until we worked with Terry. Terry diligently researched it for us and found that it could be make in white gold to match. I wanted to take some time to thank two of the girls that have recently helped me at my local Perrywinkles. I was fortunate to be helped two different days, one day by Kala and another day by Hillary.
