I bought a watch for my girlfriend about a month ago now from Kala, I was so unsure as to what to get her for an anniversary present other then just an Alex and ani bracelet. As I wondered so unsure as to what to get her next kala made mention of a watch, BEST idea ever! I would have never thought to buy her one. And best part of it all was it was super easy to pick out with all the choices of fashion watches and she loved it!! I recommend anyone to Perrywinkles Plattsburgh for any gift needs.
I shop at the plattsburgh Perrywinkles for my Pandora and of course my MK watches! Everytime I go in its always such a friendly atmosphere to be in no matter who helps you. I do love to shop with Kala we both have very similar taste. Terry also has been super helpful in place of kala when she's not there. I do recommend both of these lovely ladies to anyone looking for the perfect gift for anyone or even themselves!
Hilary and Pam were very helpful in helping me size my watch. Both were friendly and professional, overall great service.
i find the staff very helpful & knowledgeable, especially Terry. She lets me know when there are special events going on & sends cards to acknowledge birthdays & anniversaries to me. I feel more like family when I come into the store than a customer!
Kala is fantastic! She has helped not just me but my fiance multiple times as well. From finding and creating my perfect engagement ring to helping me draw and design my two custom wedding bands. She has done such a fantastic job and she loves what she does. Everytime I walk in the store she checks my diamond and cleans my ring. She will always be my go to person! I absolutely love my rings! Thank you for all the things you have done for me!

hannah Pelkey helped me decide what to do with a string of pearls that my husband gave me before he passed away. She is quite intuitive, and she visualized things that I had not thought of. I love the necklaces and earrings. They are a beautifu l reminder of my husband.
Terri is the sales person we always go to at your store she very welcoming and has a great personality and my husband jokes with her all the time this now the only jewelry store we come to
I bought a Micheal Kors watch at the store a few years ago, unfortunately I hit my crystal and it cracked. I was able to send my watch from where I currently live in South Carolina to Plattsburgh and Kala was able to help me, she got it fixed and shipped back to me in no time! Even though I'm hours away I'll always do my business with them wether it's over the phone or only when I'm in town. I'm so happy to have my watch back and it looks brand new.
