Let me start by saying Perrywinkles is incredible! Everything about their store has been top notch from the second my fiance and I walked in. I would like to take this opportunity to write a few words about my recent shopping experience at Perrywinkle's fine jewelry in Plattsburgh, NY . I just want to say what an amazing experience I had ... I woke up with a very swollen finger .... I made a quick call and on the phone Hannah was so so nice she told me to come on down and had my ring off in seconds her service was impeccable and so so nice !!! I can't express my gratitude !! I went into the periwinkle's in platsburgh. We were helped by Hannah, Hilary and Pam. They were very patient and helpful with us. I did not know what exactly I wanted when I went into the store and they helped me by letting me look at lots of the charms and let me take my time. I am greatful for the wonderful help I was provided.

What an amazing experience I just had at the Plattsburgh NY Perrywinkles store! Not only was I helped by one associate but all of the ladies there helped me out! Jessica, Alicia, Terry, and Hillary were so helpful. I came in to order a new watch band and they actually had exactly what I wanted right there in the store. All of the ladies were so friendly and helpful, you can tell that they work as a team to help customers. Thank you Perrywinkles!

terry went out of her way to look for special pieces for myself and my husband. And she didn't give up until she found it. We are very pleased with Terry her friendly personality and her caring.

I went into the store looking for a Pandora charm for my girlfriend and kala was fantastic!! I had no idea what to get or where to even start with all the options. She gave her advice on what I should get and why. She wrapped it all nice in a box with a bow so I could could present it to her. As usual I was last minute shopping and I'm terrible at wrapping! She loves the new charm thanks to the expert advice!

We have dealt with this store several times and have always received excellent service. On our last visit Pam helped us and we were very impressed by her friendly professional attitude. Because of Pam and the rest of the staff we will continue to bring our business to Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh.

I've been helped by Kala multiple times here in this store. She always remembers what my girlfriend picked out previously and always remembers what she wants next. Ive yet to get a gift wrong! Kala always is the go to person to make sure you get the right gift everytime. Hopefully the next gift will promise her and I a life time together. Thanks again for all your help and for keeping me out of the dog house kala!
