I stopped into Perrywinkles this afternoon to ask about inserts for my mother's rings that were too large for her. My mother is elderly and disabled and was waiting for me in the car. One of the sales associates, Pam Ryan, went above and beyond to help my mother. She went so far as to come out to my car to make sure the rings fit perfectly for her. I recently went into the Plattsburgh Perrywinkle's Store with a wish to have a piece of jewelry made representing three family members that have passed away. I had jewelry from all 3 and some of my own to incorporate into the piece. Hilary McLaughlin took on the task of designing a piece and Pam Ryan helped with the pieces of jewelry to be broken down. I recently purchased a pair of earrings at this location that didn't work out the first couple of times wearing them. When I went back into the store to do an exchange Jessica went above and beyond helping me find another pair that fit me perfectly and I could wear on a daily basis! The atmosphere is amazing! My recent experience with Perrywinkles and Pamela Ryan, in particular, was not only a pleasure, but also a great success due to Pam's expertise and perseverance. When I presented Pam with my idea to acquire an imperial topaz for my husband, symbolizing our 23rd anniversary, she grabbed and ran with it! I was recently in the Plattsburgh Perrywinkles store twice within the last month. I received such great service from Jessica and Hilary. They were both so helpful in finding some perfect gifts for Christmas and Birthdays we were celebrating in my family. The staff goes above and beyond asking to clean my rings, offering drinks and cookies etc.. I will be sure to remain a customer of this store as they make me feel like family.

I would have been lost if I hadn't had the help of Jessica and Hilary from Perrywinkles for Christmas. I was shopping for several people in my family and only had some what of an idea. They were able to find the perfect gifts for each person on my list and went above and beyond with their customer service and warm invitation into the store. I will continue shopping and bringing my list in to these ladies!

I have been looking for this pair of earrings for my wife for 20 years I had something in my head of what I wanted but could never find exactly what I was envisioning, or even if I could ever find it. I have never been disappointed with the quality of services and workmanship that I have received from this jeweler, Terry always goes out of her way to make one feel welcome. Terry is thoughtful and knowledgeable all while making you feel good about your questions regarding your jewelry. Would do business with NO other jeweler in the local area!

I had a custom dream ring made for me after graduating nursing school. Pam was extremely helpful in designing this ring. Which I continue to receive compliments on it almost daily. I love it so much Perrywinkle's is my store of choice when it come to fine jewelry.
