Does anyone know why you can't watch your vehicle being worked on. They have the windows in the waiting room all covered up. Next appt I am going to watch my car be worked in..meaning all fluids being changed oil change and the vent to the heater and acc just stopped working...then I'm going to get my car detailed

My wife and I just bought a car from Ed Schmidt in Perrysburg and it was a wonderful experience. Todd Ritchey worked with us and our feedback could not be any more positive. Todd was kind, and very helpful. He approved us for a car, and a few days later, I was driving it home. Took about a half hour to sign and drive. My wife and I love our Dodge Journey and we hope to get many years out of it. We would definitely buy from Ed Schmidt again. Go see Todd Ritchey when you are looking for your next car.

I was driving across the country when my car broke down in Ohio. I was flustered to say the least - I was on my way back to a wedding in maryland, and had little to no time to spare.
