My 2012 VW Passat was part of the VW Diesel recall/ scandal. Matt Cunningham was so helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with me from the beginning of the announcement of the court proceedings all the way to the delivery of my new car. I actually drove up from Columbus to get my car from Matt. When I arrived to get my new Passat, Matt had everything ready and waiting for me. The buyback process went quickly and I was gone with my new car within an hour.
