Why is it that when I schedule an appointment, you guys still are not ready to take my car back into the service area? I scheduled an appointment last Thursday and was told that it would at least an hour before I could have my vehicle looked at. I rescheduled an appointment for today at 8am and, once again, you were not ready to service my vehicle. My salesman, Eric Kudas, was fabulous! He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and happy to stay late to finish my deal! I would recommend anyone work with him when looking for a new car.

It was Best, friendly dealership! I have loved my car and loved them when I bought Jetta, Certified Pre-Owned Car, 6 months, 5000 miles old. I do not respect the general manager any more after figuring out the warranty problem. Super careful your paper work of warranty because there maybe no connection between dealer and service department. There maybe deductible ($50 or $100) which may not be informed to you!

Great experience! Bill Stork was fantastic! He made the whole process of buying our new VW so easy. Candy in finance was great also! Scott Cooke did an awesome job explaining all the features on the car. He even paired both cell phones for us. Thank You for your time it was much appreciated.
