Good communication and ease of drop off.
It’s very hard to make an appointment when no one answers the phone. Made a appointment on line showed up the day of my appointment and was told I had no appointment. They would work me in Left my car at 8 am the time I was suppose to according to my on line appointment and could not get anyone to answer the phone from 1pm to 2:30 so I just showed up. Thinking after 7 hrs I service should be completed and guess what had to wait another half hour REALLY!! Not impressed folks were very nice but no communication. Not the first ... read more
