communicate with service clients. let people know why it takes 5 days to get parts delivered and diagnose a problem. Keeping clients informed at least allows them to not feel like our business doesn't count for anything.
Honest and loyal to their customers. Perry went to bat for me when my car had a major problem outside of warranty. I am a customer for life.

Really nice service people. The issue is managing customer expectations. First time told 2 hours. Was 4 hours. Today told 1 hour. Came back after 2 hrs and 15 minutes. They are just getting started. . Guess I have to drive to Santa Maria. I look forward to the survey they send. I said the same thing last week. Guess no one listens. I could have gone ANYWHERE for tire. I choose here. Never again.
Horrible place. Son bought used car that broke first week. They left him stranded for a week. Finally got the car back. Supposed to be 2 month 2000 mile warranty but still had to pay for the repair. Drove it to work and car broke down again the first day he drove. Stay Away from this dealer and their service department.
Very difficult to get a good price. Hard ball. Do yourself a favor and just visit Paso Ford. Perry ford service is ok though. Forget sales.
Perry Ford will bend over backwards to make a customer happy and satisfied. I would especially like to commend Service Advisor Jesse Troili for his dedication and very professional demeanor in performing his day to day duties. Jesse you are truly a big part of Perry Ford's huge success on the Central Coast because you always "Go The Extra Mile" for your Customers and Employer. Thank You!
I had a pleasant and easy experience with Perry Ford. My service advisor Omar, was very professional and took care of my concerns as if i was family. Handled the vehicle issues with no ancillary sales pushes. I would choose Perry Ford for service over any other Ford Dealership around
