I felt that the customer service was lacking a bit on focusing on the customer. (So many conversations going on amongst the advisors and techs in the customer service area). I understand that they are in a cramped work area while they are waiting for the remodel to be completed. On another note- I was not happy to see grease foot prints on my driver side carpet-why are they not using floor covers?

The Sales Department here was excellent for us to work with. From quotes to out the door everything went smooth. Carson (Internet Manager) was awesome the entire time and GM Matt is running a tight ship through the entire dealership.
Had great service at a great price
This dealership is filled with crooks and scam Artist. They sold me a truck told me they were replacing clutch throw out bearing and charged me more money than the list price to do repairs. Me being a trusting person taking people on there word I didn't take the time to read the contract. Not only that the sold me some bull shit warranty that doesn't cover shit. Now truck is in shop everything they said they fixed is wrong with it clutch throw out bearing reverse lights I could go on and on. Harry is a fast talking scumm bag... read more
