I just bought a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger from Perry Ford about a week ago,and had a pretty decent experience with the sales staff. But a day or two after I bought the truck I got underneath the car to check out the suspension because I’m thinking of upgrading it at some point in time and realized there is an excessive amount of rust all over the car. excellent service department
They were able to accommodate me, and fix my problem; while I was traveling thru San Luis Obispo. They were courteous, professional, and qualified. The problem (dash engine light) was supposed to have been fixed by a VW dealer in LA; but they forgot to CONNECT the cable from the installed emissions valve. I give Perry VW 10 out of 10; for saving us from having to RENT a car for the rest of our vacation. Thank you!

Very unprofessional. Trying to use strong arm tactics and bullying. They contradict everything they say and are very shady.
No car dealership is perfect,usually most people don't write a review unless they are unhappy. Everyone deserves to be heard and assited to the best of the dealeships ability at all times. Buying a car is not an easy thing,neither is selling one. When I fall short of my customers expectations I try to learn the important lesson in the experience and use it to become a better salsman to better serve my next customer
