Had the works oil change besides being charged for seven quarts of oil after telling them it only hold six the service was quick and efficient
I have been having difficulty with the service department for my Lincoln concierge’s service. Three times they have not followed through to pick up my car to take care of the problems. I don’t know if it’s because you’re renovating or not. The customer should not have to continue to follow up over and over

Would change to recommend, but can’t see how. Had a minor issue but they made it right. Would recommend based on how swiftly they handled it after finding out about the issue.
