RecommendedI appreciate that what is being done to your vehicle is explained to you. Service Dept was very professional and helpful. Their waiting area was comfortable. When work complete they assist you at the check out desk. They explain charges and I left feeling happy and contented
The service department was so very awesome! I was on vacation and they made sure my AC was fixed for my drive home to Missouri!
I am having a hard time with accountability here in the leadership department. Experienced sales people do not know the product they are selling but love to cash out on commissions. For example the diesel truck I purchased 2 years ago is now in a lemon law case and in the final stages. This is after 3 rear shaft seals, transfer case, and dry shaft. When traveling from Los Osos to Bakersfield, we had to stop for an emergency repair. The Service Department went out of their way to accommodate us and our dogs. Thanks again to the entire department. What a great dealership.
I bought a new 2020 Shelby Gt350 from another dealer in Sacramento. (Special Edition with only two available in California) I discovered a problem with the fender on the drivers side. So upon recommendation from the selling dealer I took it to Perry Ford (Tobin, the body shop manager specifically) and we carefully went over the suspect area.
