If you have to see a dentist, customer service does make the experience pleasant. His staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Perry is excellent because he explains every step of the process. I'm looking forward to my new SMILE!
Great as always....
Dr. Perry provided me emergency services and treated me despite the shelter in place requirements. I am appreciative the office was open and available to serve his community. Great service and I highly recommend his dental services.
I appreciate that the are checking temperatures and providing hand sanitizer. They are also limiting the number of people in the office. You can’t be there without an appointment. The cleaning was also well done.

My service started as soon as I entered the clinic, so I didn't have to wait. Additionally, the hygenist (forgot her name - Asian woman) was very gentle. The only opportunity would be to build a raport with patients. My former dentist's office where I lived before was very friendly and got to know my family and I as people. It made going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. I miss that type of positive interaction. The people at Dr Perry's office are polite and transactional, but not at all personable.
