I choose Greg Pernus as my realtor from reccomendation relayed to me by a neighbor of my late father inlaw. My father inlaw passed away in the summer of 2010 and I was charged with the duty of selling the house. We, my family and I, are not residents of the Ohio area. We had such a great experience having Marianne as our Realtor. She helped us find houses in our price range, with requirements we requested, and in a very quick turn around time. Marianne was a USAA preferred realtor. By using her I received money for selling through her, and purchasing a home. If you are a USAA member it's a win-win situation, she is a great realtor, and you get money for using her! My home sold in 2011 in about 6 weeks, lucky!
