Greg helped us sell our first house. His knowledge of the market is impeccable. We are currently working with Greg and his staff. Would not use anyone else.When he sold my house he knew what to set the price at so we could get the most out of it and sell it fast. He is always on hand to help with any questions.His staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Sold my house with the first bid. That only took a short time.

My husband and I originally listed our home with Rima Rhodey of the Greg Pernus team in April 2013 who was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately for us, she relocated to a different state and our listing was transferred to Greg himself. During the six months Greg handled our listing, we did not meet him once and he did not have a single open house for our home. We dealt with Greg Pernus who listed and sold our home in Mentor. We also purchased a condo with Greg and he sold it for us when we moved to Buffalo. We actually moved to Buffalo before selling the condo and Greg was able to get it rented until it was sold. Can't say enough about Greg's expertise and attentiveness with our transactions. I like to think we found a friend in the proccess of doing business together.

Our family has had Greg sell several houses including my mom's most recently! The reason we choose Greg is because he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and a really hard worker. When we leave messages for Greg he always calls back in a timely manner. Greg is an expert and has really been someone our family can count on to sell or find a house.
