Marianne was very knowledgeable in the negotiation process as well as very patient. It was a long process and she stood by us the whole time looking out for our best interest.

Greg Pernus was very instrumental helping our family sell our family home this past winter. Our father past away, we had to put our mother in an assisted living home and we didn't list the house until Dec. 24, 2014, not the best time to put a house on the market, but that did not deter Greg. Also, northeast Ohio had a very severe winter and I know that did not help in showing the home in terrible winter conditions. Was looking to sell my home. Greg came over to do the listing for the property. Immediately he did not seem enthused to be present. After starting the listing, we the sellers had questions and wanted to take our time to do the listing properly. Several times Greg stated to us "are we doing this or not." I felt like I was wasting his time by being present. I would not recommend him to anyone selling a home, he is not respectful to the sellers and did not make this process comfortable. Denise Q. was our agent and helped us buy our first home. If Denise was ever unavailable, Marianne would fill in for her. Both Denise and Marianne were very kind and patient. We saw many houses before buying our house. Denise had great advice on an timing, offer price, and negotiating for repairs. Despite multiple offers, we got the house!

She was amazing. The first home she found and showed me is the one I bought. She hit the nail on the head. I couldn't be happier. She took a list of my needs, wants and dislikes and found a home with everything. She even took the time to drive me around and show me additional homes to help me make my decision. Amazing, just amazing.
