Greg Pernus showed up to put a "For Sale" sign in the front yard within a half hour of us signing the paperwork to sell our house. He said we would have "a couple of issues" trying to sell the house. As a first time seller, I was very nervous and anxious about the entire process. Marianne was always there for me with assurance, advice and whatever I needed. I highly recommend her for buyers and sellers. She is knowledgable and will work to get you the best deal possible.
He did a great job of explaining the selling process and what buyers were looking for and what they would most likely be willing to pay that may not be what a seller would like to hear but it proved to be right on. I had to step back and take emotion out of the equation.
