Sarah was great throughout our home buying experience. She was very knowledgeable of the location and answered all of our questions along the way. I would highly recommend the Greg Pernus team to anybody planning to buy a home in the Mentor/Willoughby area.
Marianne is very experienced and an efficient realtor. She was very pleasant to work with as well and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I was especially pleased with the professional photographer she employed to put my listing in the most positive light.
My Wife and I had a very specific list of needs and wants, and a very specific location. Homes in the area we were looking at were off the market within days, and Marianne was always available to get us a showing as soon as we found a new listing. She was then patient with us when we had her out at all hours, just to say "Nah, I don't like it". Greg was very professional and knowledgeable in listing and selling my house in only 14 days. He was a pleasure to work with and had many helpful suggestions to get my house ready for showings.
