I moved out-of-state before my condo sold in Ohio. Greg and his team really gave me a piece of mind knowing every little detail would be taken care of therefore, the result was a smooth move. Marianne Drenik was super from the first communication to the last! She was attentive and always available! She was thorough in all aspects of the real estate process. Marianne is very personable. She is also understanding of your needs. She is very aggressive in a good way. Our condo sold in 6 mos with her in a bad market time. She still keeps communication with us now after the condo has sold. I would choose her again.

Had my house for sell, but did not sell. So I decided to rent it, within a week it was rented. Sara Blackburn did an excellent job in showing my house and finding a renter for my condo. I thank The Greg Pernus team for their work and knowledge in renting my home. I bought my condo 4 years ago with the help from Sara Blackburn. Greg helped me sell my Condo in about 30 days for the price that I was asking. Greg was prompt andhe was there to answer any questions and made the deal a smooth transaction. Greg also assisted me in buying a new home that was up for auction. Greg was an excellent agent. He helped get our home ready to sell, and it sold in 5 days. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge, and his expertise showed in how quickly we sold our home with multiple offers. It took us some time to find our perfect home due to our extensive list of must haves. Greg was extremely patient and helped us find a home that exceeded our expectations.
