You want your realtor to be knowledgeable and above all make the whole home buying transaction easy for you. Marianne did a great job of helping me as a first time home buyer to understand how the process worked and made it very easy to understand. She was also very prompt and did a good job of hassling the other side to keep the buying process moving along which can be very hard with short sales.
