BUYER BEWARE: This title company charges $975-800.00 for their Closing and Settlements fees!!! This is an arbitrary figure and they May charge both buyer and seller this amount. Across the state the Title companies charge from $250.-$450. And that’s in Naples! OUTRAGEOUS
