They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
