Normally it's great but this time it was terrible it pouring down rain and they left my outside when finished I had to go get my vehicle in the rain without an umbrella. I heard them telling other customers they was sanitizing their vehicle but not mine with this virus going around I should've had the same protection . Well maybe next time it will be better.
I was treated very well by everyone involved with the process of buying my vehicle. And my salesman Monica worked hard to complete it for me.
When I picked up my car on Saturday no one in the drop off/bay area was wearing a mask, I thought employees had to wear a mask,and I’m not sure my car was wiped down glad I took my own Clorox wipes. My steering wheel and shifter was dirty which is why I don’t think it was wiped off not happy with this amid the coronavirus outbreak.
