RecommendedMonica Delgado was such an amazing sales person, she made it so easy and was so nice throughout the entire process!
Horrible wait times for anything. Under estimating time to wait for service. Over three hours for just a tire rotation. Service has gone down the hill completely. Advisors no longer seem to care about the customer.

the have you make an appt just to make you wait 2 hrs for your car to get an oil change and tire rotation. Then come to find out your vehicle was done for some time before we went looking for our keys and they just left our paperwork sit so they could go to lunch. There are to many Toyota dealerships around to play their games!!!

Never ever would I recommend Performance Toyota!! I walked in, had an idea of what I wanted, but wasn’t positive. I felt pressured into purchasing my vehicle. I feel as though they saw a single woman and took advantage of me. Regardless of that, I left with a new vehicle, a 2017 RAV4. I left feeling uneasy but was in dire need so I just went with it. ATTENTION!!! Not handicap friendly! My girlfriend and I went here on a Saturday and Sunday looking for a used car. Brandon our salesman was awesome tried hard to get us in something. our credit sucks and needed to get a co-signer we knew it was a long shot because we are in over our heads in the current car. Thanks anyway Brandon! I'm paralyzed and use a wheelchair to get around. So we get there and there is only 2 handicap spots but they weren't blocked.....awesome! Everyone I talked with was friendly and went out of their way to help me get new me new car.
Great vehicles....very poor vehicle service! This is the 4th oil change here that I've had to hunt them down for my wheel lock key because the technician forgot to put it back in my vehicle. Price just increased another $15 for my oil change and what used to be a 45-60 minute oil change has now grown into almost 2 hour event...even when I'm the first one in line when the garage door opens at 7:00am! Last summer I had an oil change and they forgot to push the dipstick into the tube....left it sticking out 12 inches. I've talk... read more
