After car shopping, my family decided to purchase a used Toyota Highlander. Based off what I wanted, we were going to have to travel to get it. RecommendedRyan, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful!! This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! He took the time to go over and explain the safety features, how to set everything up the way I wanted, and was able to answer any questions that we had.

they are liars. FB allows them to delete negative reviews. shame on this Stealership. The cocky and arrogant manager is a douchebag. the owners are dumb too. I have text where another owner tried to blame me for his staffs mistakes. place doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
I saw the price on their website discount, but when arrive the dealer they offered the higher price than the website posted. We drove 2hours. Wasted of time.
Today I had to get an oil change for the first time in the Toyota. Since the car is under warranty, and I did not have the time, I took the car to Performance Toyota in Fairfield. My appointment was at 1:30. When I arrived, all was great. Checked in and was told that we hope to have it done by 3 PM when they close. Post an honest price...not add $995 for an anti-device and then telling the customer when they arrive...very deceptive
Tried to make a deal with salesperson he said he couldn’t make a deal so I said go ask tour manager. They refused to come off the price of the vehicle. While attempting to make a deal I was surfing cars.com and found what I thought was the same vehicle I was trying to purchase. The salesman said you have to compare apples with apples but would not explain the difference in the two vehicles being compared he just said ours has extras but would not explain what extras it had.
