RecommendedWe just bought our second Toyota from Performance. The first was a Sienna in 2016, certified used. We just purchased a new 2021 Camry from Rashawn and we could not be more pleased with the car and service he provided. We even love the service department at Performance. performance pays to remove negative reviews. I left a negative review and so did many others. they all have been removed and their user rating is completely deceptive and fraudulent. the coxkt and arrogant fiannace manager is why me and my family left the dealership. he lied straight to our face. hes only interest in getting the best finance deal that favors the dealership. So far the experience me & my girlfriend have had with Performance Toyota of Fairfield was been awful! I have worked with plenty of dealerships before but none have been this crooked. We bought a used car from them. Drove it around most of the day no problems. After purchasing the car the check engine came on not even 30min after on the way home. We just bought our new vehicle from Performance Toyota. Our salesman was Michael Bronson. I would highly recommend Michael , he is friendly, respectful, and will go out of his way to help you anyway he can. We stopped off at Joseph Toyota on Colerain Ave. first and they were rude, and didn't care if they sold a vehicle or not! We saved thousands buying from Performance.
I came here to get air in my tires. However when I walked in there was a plethora of people standing around. Workers were standing around and laughing and NOT helping customers. Coming from customer service for 15+ years this is highly disappointing. Customer service needs to be taught again. I will never take my Toyota here or recommend it.
I’ve had amazing service for the 12.5 years I’ve had my Prius, also bought at Performance Toyota, until today. NO mask enforcement for staff or customers during this pandemic. Most - but not all - customers were wearing masks properly. At least 5 staff members were not wearing masks at all, or were wearing them under their noses or chins. My service writer actually told me that it was more important that customers wear masks than staff, when I pointed out the lack of mask enforcement. A friend recommended that we come to Performance Toyota to get a replacement vehicle after our Camry was totaled. Everyone was amazing and treated us like family. Rashawn was incredible with our son who has sensory processing disorder and who doesn’t always understand not everyone wants to be hugged or touched. Worst customer service. They do not follow through with any of the promises. You will have to call multiple times for weeks to get anything. They didn’t even mail the paper for us to buy tags. Told us to go buy one at title company. Terrible service!
