They don’t stand by what they say they will do. They don’t try to help the customer. I’ve been talking with them for a few months now and all they do is talk in circles. I’ve bought my last Ford from this dealership.

Mr. Will Worthington was very kind and helpful! Mr. Bryan Jordan and the guy in the finance department were very friendly too!
Needed a quick oil change. Called and Bill was able to juggle a couple things and get me in the same day. Check in was easy and quick. The tech took the truck and completed the order. Now back on the road with a fresh pan of lube. I will definitely keep Deacon Jones on the list for service.
