One star, is one star too many. The service department does not stay in contact, or return calls. After 3 days of not hearing from them, we called. After the fourth day of the service department just occasionally test driving to try and recreate symptoms, we came and took the vehicle back. A quick google search of ALL the symptoms, gives a clear answer to what the problem is. When asked if they had checked this one thing, they avoided the question...which means they did not. Diagnose the problem, not the symptoms.
The vehicle purchase experience was superb. I contacted them and was provided with the possible vehicles which suited my needs. After reviewing their suggestions I drove to their location and made a decision. Their offer for my trade-in was fair and the value they offered was exceptional. The purchase experience with James & Brian was simple and professional. This was as as quick, simple and fair buying experience as I have ever had. This dealership will definitely be a go to for me with future vehicle needs.
These people went into my glove box without my knowledge or permission and took out all my Information and made copies of my Information without my knowledge or permission. My wallet was in my glove box and they had to touch my wallet in order to get my information that was under it without my knowledge or permission! When I went to retrieve my wallet I noticed they set all my information on top of my wallet! They invaded my privacy without my knowledge or permission!
