One star, is one star too many. The service department does not stay in contact, or return calls. After 3 days of not hearing from them, we called. After the fourth day of the service department just occasionally test driving to try and recreate symptoms, we came and took the vehicle back. A quick google search of ALL the symptoms, gives a clear answer to what the problem is. When asked if they had checked this one thing, they avoided the question...which means they did not. Diagnose the problem, not the symptoms.

The vehicle purchase experience was superb. I contacted them and was provided with the possible vehicles which suited my needs. After reviewing their suggestions I drove to their location and made a decision. Their offer for my trade-in was fair and the value they offered was exceptional.
