Wow! If you need customer service, this is the place and Anthony McAuly is the guy! We bought a truck at another dealership that was sold to us with little to no oil in the transfer case and so, of course, we broke down. I was having my Gladiator serviced for the 1st time and the dealership didn't leave the wheel lock key in the Jeep when I purchased it. The service department had a master key and asked if I would like regular lug nuts to replace the "4" wheel locks. I said, sure. They didn't tell me a price. They're just lugnuts. Well, they charged me $42.30 per lugnut. A complete 4 lug wheel lock replacement set of lugs with a key from McGard is only $32. Needless to say, I'll never go back to any Deacon Jones dealership.
Brittany Oates was incredibly helpful in helping with the purchase of a new vehicle. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. I was very satisfied working with the whole location.
