I recieved a call almost immediately after posting a request with Service Magic from Shaun. He was polite and helpful while attempting to determine the problem before sending out a technician. He worked with my schedule for the service call and the technician arrived within that time frame. The technician was also polite, informative and the problem was resolved very quickly.
I was contacted by Perfect Temp, almost immediately!! I was blown away by the quick response ?. Problem was resolved within a couple hours ?
