The customer service was prompt, courteous and professional. The service technician was early. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair and inspected the unit. I found them to be capable, honest and ready to do the job.
I would like to commend Perfectemp and it's installers, Lee and Wayne, for the exceptional job they did installing my new A/C unit. They are two personable, professional men who didn't just want to get the job done, but instead wanted to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. Also, the owners/Pres. and VP, Shaun and Jack came by to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Perfectemp if you are considering a replacement or new A/C install.!!!!

Superb, extremely knowledge, no surprises, they explained what was happening, excellent company. They began work ahead of schedule. They stayed late to finish when promised. Despite some unanticipated installation difficulties, they honored the original quote with no hassles. A first class installation at a fair price. This firm is everything you could ever ask for in a contractor.
