I recieved a call almost immediately after posting a request with Service Magic from Shaun. He was polite and helpful while attempting to determine the problem before sending out a technician. He worked with my schedule for the service call and the technician arrived within that time frame. The technician was also polite, informative and the problem was resolved very quickly.
I was contacted by Perfect Temp, almost immediately!! I was blown away by the quick response ?. Problem was resolved within a couple hours ?
I was favorably impressed with everyone I had contact with at Perfectemp. The owner came out promptly to evaluate our current A/C system, which was not working at all. He explained in detail what the issues were and clearly outlined our options. He got our system up and running before he left and gave us an estimate for a replacement unit. The employees who came to install the new system were also most professional and, like the owner, seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction with their company.
I would recommend them and use them again.
