I always look forward to my appointments with Clara in Suite 22L. The hairdresser was recommended to me after I complemented a lady's hair at my store. She did not disappoint. Clara is not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely kind, caring toward her clients, sweet and always welcomes me with a smile. She truly takes the time to understand my hair needs and goes above and beyond to ensure my hair is healthy and well cared for. Loved the service and the suite where I had my manicure, but the atmosphere was less than desired! The suite 22L was speaking extremely loud where I could not even talk to my manicurist and they were playing LOUD music making the experience instead of relaxing, very hectic!
I went to this salon, and had a really bad experience. I got my nails and feet and brows done. The nails were okayish. They didnt have proper pedicure chairs for the price we pay., and the cost they explained to me and the price after going there was entirely different. They burned my brow area and it hurt pretty bad. Idk how the place somany good reviews. My nails were also broken within 1 week when gel manicure usually atleast lasts 2-3 weeks.
