Ellie and Lacey were very helpful - they had every answer we needed! 10/10!!!
We purchased a hot tub from this place less than two years ago (12/23). Now, a scheduled maintenance part that is needed, they refuse to cover under the warranty. They want to charge us 320$ for the part plus 170$ to come install it. We spent over 20k with this company and this is how they treat their customers. If you are looking for a company that sells hot tubs, i highly recommend looking elsewhere!
Beautiful store and very nice employees! Come here and see your dream tub or buy a bag of wood smoking pellets.
3rd place we looked for a hot tub. And it was the best. Ellie was great to work with. Answered all my questions. Waiting now to get the pre work completed, To be in my hot tub this fall. Thanks
