Two and a half hour wait to be seated, then 45 minutes to get our food. Sadly the food was average but the customer service was great when they realised how long we had waited! Won't recommend however.
First time visiting Chicago, stop to eat there.. Best pizza, wish we had one here.

Pizza was great when we got it after 1 hour 20 minute wait. Twice I had to track down our waitress, she just didn't give a damn.
I wandered in 25 yrs ago looking for lunch & a potty while working on the road - quickly became a weekly lunch spot to take a break from the car & maybe push some paperwork while waiting. The only thing that has changed is its popularity has grown exponentially! Thick or thin it won't let you down.

Pequod's is a destination stop for us when we are in Chicago. You have to be prepared as there is usually a wait and it will take about an hour for your pizza. But it is definitely worth it. In my opinion... by far the best pizza ever. We have never have a bad experience here. The staff is always accommodating including today when they offered to take my crutches so no one had to walk around them. Our waitress was amazing, so nice and always checking in on us. Thanks again Pequod's for the amazing pizza!
Amazing pizza, great lunch specials and even more amazing service. Every employee was extremely friendly and welcoming.
