Great pizza. Service was ok. Good atmosphere. I'll go back and take my family and other friends when I'm in town. Worth the stop.

Sensational pizza, we decided to try Pequod's after another pizza place, also close by, told us they had a two hour wait. We couldn't be happier when they said 15 minutes and got seated in 10. It's pan pizza or thin crust. Not, stuffed pizza like most think of as Chicago style pizza. Didn't matter, the flavor is amazing. The crust is crunchy on the bottom and soft inside... The cheese perfectly carmalized on the crust. Wow, we will be back. Happy with pizza and service!!
Absolutely awful customer service. This place is garbage. STAY AWAY
Worst service EVER. They brought the wrong beer and kept pretending it wasn't wrong even after bringing the right one. There was a big chunk of broken glass in one of the beers and there was no apology for that. They poured out the beer and brought a new glass with no new beer. So obviously we gave no tip.
Very disappointed with the place today. My kiddo loves this place and looks forward to coming when we are in the vicinity. We have never had a problem getting a table near the windows up front or anywhere for the matter. However today we were flat out told that we could not have one by the window nor the one behind it. Instead we were told we could sit in the middle isle, not the best place to sit, however with a kid who is clumsy that posed a big problem.
